How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to Belgium and the Netherlands via PostNL. Orders can also be picked up for free in Ossendrecht by appointment.

Belgium:
Parcel up to 10kg: €9.60
The Netherlands:
Letterbox package: €4.30
Larger package: €6.60

What exactly is an 'open box'?

An open box is a way to save all your beautiful items and pay only 1 shipping fee for multiple orders. ♡

How does it work?

  • You place an order with the items you want.
  • When you get to the shipping options, choose an open box instead of paying shipping.
  • These items will then remain here.
  • You can continue to place orders this way until you pay your shipping costs for your last order. This indicates that you want all your orders to be shipped together.
  • You can save up your items until you reach €100, in order to take advantage of the free shipping. This can be done for a period of 2 months.

!! Be sure to write in the comments that you want the open boxes to be sent along. !!

After 14 days, the box can no longer be cancelled and your cancellation period has expired.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship every package within 5 working days. So that it comes your way soon.

What if I don't receive my order?

You can track your package yourself via the Track & Trace code that is sent to your email. If your package does not arrive, please let us know via: gemstonedreams@outlook.com

Can I return my item?

If you are not satisfied, you can return your product(s). This can be done within 14 days after receipt. The items must be returned in their original condition. They may not be used, opened or damaged.

Items from a mystery box, discounted items, hand-assembled or personalized items cannot be returned.

Pack the items well and send them back to me at your own expense. As soon as the return has been received by me, you will receive the amount of the returned items back into your account. If you decide to return your entire order, we will also refund the packaging and handling costs.
